Ecotone Development has successfully completed medical and retail projects for private portfolio clients, as well as other clients needing build-to-suit medical office facilities in the Detroit metropolitan area.
Among current projects, Ecotone Development is performing site selection for several restaurant franchise groups planning new locations in Michigan, in addition to working with another nationally branded restaurant franchise group to master-plan the first initial development phase for new locations in southeast Michigan. Ecotone's other projects in the pipeline also include working with several corporate financial services groups to develop bank and credit union locations in Michigan and Ohio.
Cleveland Ecotone Development is currently beginning the initial phase of a 5 year contract to expand and develop 20 fast food locations in the City of Cleveland and it's suburbs.
